Delete your WobMath account

For the WobMath app (the web app at app.wobmath.com and the Android app), by Usinee, PBL Partners AB. You can delete your account and all its data at any time, in two ways.

1. In the app (immediately)

1. Log in at app.wobmath.com or in the Android app.
2. Tap 🔒 Grown-ups and enter your password.
3. Tap Account.
4. Under Delete account and all learners: type DELETE and tap the button.

The account is deleted at once. To keep your learners' progress first, tap Download all our data (JSON) on the same page.

2. By email (if you can't log in)

Email [email protected] from the email address of the account, with the subject Delete my WobMath account. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done. Never put your password in the email.

What is deleted

• The account: email address, name, account type and password.
• All learner profiles: name, avatar, grade and language.
• All learning data: answers, stars, badges, lessons done and time.
• All logins on all devices.

What is kept for a while

• The log of account events (for example "account deleted", with an account number but no email or name) and problem reports you sent, no longer linked to the account: at most 12 months, for security and to fix mistakes.
• Login attempts (with IP address): at most 24 hours. The server's technical logs: at most 8 days (the error log at most 15 days).
